What a fabulous time we had up in Central Oregon the 9th through the 12th of this month! We stayed at Eagle Crest Resort & Spa. What a fantastic piece of property that is! So much to do...so little time! We stayed in the Chalets and each family hosted 'dinner' for every one on an assigned night.We arrived on Thursday and I went to work doing our "share" meal for the evening. Everyone came over to our "house" and we had a good time visiting and getting our fill of good grub!
Friday we all took a drive into Bend and had lunch together at the historic Pine Tavern.
Saturday brought golf from some, swimming for others and I took the day to wonder around the property taking pictures here and there of whatever struck my fancy!
I happened upon some geese along a trailway and some deer on a green spot near the horse arena.
I took some time to go through the art gallery up in the common area of the resort. I really took a liking to the sculptures outside of children playing. What a great idea. I just wish I had property to diplay it all on.
